Terms of Service

1. General

Bonuska (“the Service”) is a private platform that provides paid access to a private OBS widget. By using the Service you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Access

Access is granted manually by the administrator and is available to anyone who requires an OBS widget. You may not share your credentials with third parties. The administrator reserves the right to revoke access at any time without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

3. Subscription & Payment

Access is sold for a fixed period of time. There is no automatic renewal — each period must be purchased separately. Payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service solely for its intended purpose — displaying a private OBS widget. You may not resell access, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it in any manner that violates applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Bonuska is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, service interruptions caused by technical issues, or actions of third parties.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at /terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
